About Me
(my background & experience)
My career started in Sussex, UK with an Authorised Apple Mac dealership where I worked with a variety of creatives, publishers, distributors & institutes. I developed from scratch, and subsequently managed a number of databases for many clients, some of which I still manage to this day!
In the early pioneering days of online stores, I set-up & ran a FileMaker Web Server CDML hosting business, allowing me to remotely work around the world. I settled in Wellington, New Zealand, and started a mobile computer support business called Geeks on Wheels which had the best featured database the world! In 2017, I sold my business in New Zealand to return back to the UK.
With 20+ years of extensive hands-on FileMaker and Apple Mac systems experience, I have in depth knowledge of FileMaker solutions, including: CRM, Stock Management, Order Processing, Invoicing, Payment Receipts, Xero, Stripe, PayPal, Shopify / WooCommerce integration, Multi Departmental reporting and month-end Financial Statements.
